Arrange a Return

To arrange the return of goods we have delivered please follow the process below:

In all cases complete the form below and submit it

then; 

a/ Larger items - we will contact you to arrange payment and a convienient collection time

or

b/ Smaller items (weighing less than 30kg and no more than 1.5m in any dimension), address the item to

and then simply drop it into your nearest post box or Post Office.

Once we recieve the item we will contact you to arrange payment for the return to the retailer.

Returns are charged at 80% of the current delivery price.
