Book your Primark order on your ship2me account by selecting Click & Collect on our booking page. Provide your order number and collection date so our team know what to collect and when.

3. We'll collect
Our team will collect your order from Primark's Portsmouth store within 2 working days of your collection date. You'll be notified by Primark once we've collected it.
4. We'll deliver to you
When we know what size your package is, we'll send you an email to pay for the collection and delivery. As soon as you've paid we'll get it shipped and delivered!
